Three funding options are available through COPERNICUS BERLIN as part of the IES program: Full Scholarship, Partial Scholarship Plus, and Partial Scholarship. You have the opportunity to acquire specialized knowledge through this IES program at the top German universities (HU Berlin, FU Berlin, HWR Berlin, and the University of Potsdam).

Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Fully Funded IES Scholarship Program for Overseas Students by DAAD, Germany 2023-24:

- No more than 28 years old when the scholarship starts.
- The recipients of the scholarships are given admission to the University of Potsdam, the Berlin School of Economics and Law, the Free University of Berlin, or the Humboldt University of Berlin.

- Task Phase: The chosen applicants are assigned particular tasks to finish, including a task that requires them to watch a YouTube lesson. Only candidates who successfully pass the test will be informed of the following phase.
- The chosen candidates will be contacted to schedule a Skype interview.
- Supporting recordsFor a successful application, the following papers are needed:
- Add the photo to the tabular curriculum vitae (CV).
- It should be written in German or English and follow a chronological format.
- You receive a provisional of your marks for all university topics in the original language, commonly known as a transcript of records overview or study book, at the conclusion of each semester after passing your exams.
- Entry requirements: The applicants must be enrolled in a university-affiliated Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program at the time of application. There are no restrictions on subjects.
- Language prerequisite: German language proficiency of at least B1 or B1-level English proficiency.
